From 1976, HAKASE GROUP's concept is “To Live longer in good Health” and one of our group shop, Thai cuisine and ramen “HAKASE RAMEN” [HAKASE Restaurant’s Father], Tanaka Seiyu, MD. Japan Primary Nutrition University President for 16 years, Foundation Date Dietetic Association chairman for 16 years, and, to get in listened sight experiment to Emperor Showa (the research results of the Vitamin) at Kanazawa University School of Medicine. The owner of the father, Tanaka Seiyu and his eldest brother Ph.D., second elder brother, MD, and the owner collaborated “Ramen" and “Dr.=HAKASE” and unique name was born [ HAKASE RAMEN ] Integrated 2 Restaurants “HAKASE RAMEN" and “HAKASE THAI Restaurant" in one Restaurant. The appearance of the shop, is a three-stage roof of Thai restaurants. ☆ feature of HAKASE RAMEN☆ Our Original Homemade noodles called “BIKEN-MEN” which means “beauty, health, noodle” without using bad brine to the body, Gymnema of diabetes suppression, cabbage raw green juice of cancer suppression, black sesame seeds of anti-aging, ☆ HAKASE Thai features ☆ Our Thai food can be found in the elegant Thai cuisine in authentic healthy who can eat the people of all ages. Our Chef came from "5-star hotel DUSIT HOTELS & RESORT of Thailand."

It is about a 5-minute walk from Kamagaya Station. There is a shop just one alley from the boat line. However, at first there was no atmosphere to put it in, so when I asked a pure Kamagaya girl, I was told "recommended" and went there.I ordered Tom Yum Kung Ramen, but it was not so tight and adapted to the Japanese tongue. There are also Thai dishes so you can enjoy and enjoy without fear.If you raise one point of difficulty, there is a smoking space at the entrance where you are lined up, so if you eliminate it you can enjoy a meal without smelling the odor of nicotine before a delicious meal.I am also worried about opening an Italian restaurant at a sister store.
